The Challenge
Acu-Data Business Products is a commercial printing, promotional product, and business forms printing company located in Butler NJ. For the last 40 years, Acu-Data has serviced thousands of customers and maintained a strong focus on personalized one-on-one customer support.
Acu-Data was in need of a branding overhaul as well as a new website that would capture the full scope of what they offer as well as the ability to allow clients to purchase products through the website.
Our Solution
During the discovery process of our branding work, we uncovered that the majority of Acu-Data’s clients were unaware of the full line of services they offered. Therefore we developed clear communication around their core services (commercial printing, business forms, and promotional products) as well as the industries they work with most. We built a new e-commerce, responsive WordPress website that brings the full depth of Acu-Data’s products and services to light as well as the core industries they work with. Since launching the new website Acu-Data has seen a significant increase in new business even while the printing industry has seen a significant downturn in new business.
